We don't hold stock or overproduce - your item is made just for you. This supports not only the environment but also a more intentional way of consuming.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because of our commitment to sustainability and ethical production, we do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size chosen
- Color or style preference
- Change of mind
Why? Each piece is custom-made once you place your order, reducing landfill and waste. Returning items across countries would increase carbon emissions, packaging, and waste - things we actively work to avoid.
So please double-check our size charts and details before ordering. It’s better for the planet 🌍 - and for you.
💚 We’ve Got You Covered
If your item arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Misprinted or has a production defect
- Is not the item you ordered
Then we’re here to help. Please email support@haus-manifest.ch within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
- A clear photo of the problem
- Your order number
- A short explanation
We will replace the item for free or issue a full refund – depending on the situation.
⚠️ Cancellations & Changes
As we begin production shortly after an order is placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change orders once they’ve been confirmed. This policy ensures fairness and efficiency across our network of eco-conscious producers.
❌ No Right of Withdrawal (EU)
As per EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16c), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
This is standard for made-to-order products and helps prevent wasteful returns.

Germany 🇩🇪:
Kein Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, da die Ware nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt wird oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten ist.
France 🇫🇷:
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux biens confectionnés selon les spécifications du consommateur ou nettement personnalisés.
Italy 🇮🇹:
Ai sensi dell’articolo 59, comma 1, lettera c) del Codice del Consumo, il diritto di recesso è escluso per la fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati.
